Policies

• Please call us at 1+ (315) 265-2808 to make your reservation.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM (please call ahead to let us know if you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM)
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Pets are not allowed inside. Maple Ridge Kennels is locate nearby. (315) 386-3796; http://www.mapleridgekennelsny.com).
• We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
• A credit card is required to make a reservation.
• There is a 2-night minimum stay for college weekends.
• Smoking is not permitted inside; you can smoke outside.

Cancellations

No cancellation fee is charged with at least 1 week notice. If you cancel your reservation with less than a 1 week notice, a 1 night cancellation fee will be charged.
